Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the UK team, based onsite in Basildon. You will scope, plan, control and deliver complex projects, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to meet business needs and client expectations.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful transitions to BAU and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering highly complex projects in a dispersed business.
• Understanding of financials, profitability and cost control within project scope.
• Experience with MS Project and MS Office; Jira knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programmes to scope, time, budget and quality.
• Create and manage high-level and detailed project plans with critical paths and dependencies.
• Track costs, resources and progress; provide clear status updates and governance documentation.
• Lead governance meetings, reviews and risk/issue management with stakeholders.
