In this pivotal position you will lead the finance team delivering a range of finance projects and initiatives that drive organisational change and support our strategic goals. You will be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with statutory and Trust regulations and providing guidance and training to budget holders. Your expertise will be vital in supporting and deputising for the Chief Financial Officer. You will work closely with senior leaders, external auditors and key stakeholders, using your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring best practice in all aspects of financial management. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and your commitment to continuous improvement will help us maintain our high standards and expectations.
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Trust's central team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring robust financial management across our Trust. You will bring significant post-qualification senior experience, including managing a team, have excellent financial analysis skills, an attention to detail and a strong understanding of the education sector's financial landscape.
