What you'll bring to the team

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning financial insights into impactful business decisions? At Merlin Entertainments, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Partner – FP&A (EU) to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts across Europe, helping us continue to deliver amazing guest experiences around the world. This is a key leadership role within our Finance team, where you’ll drive strategic financial planning, enable informed decision-making and support senior leadership with actionable business insights. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, playing a critical role in aligning financial strategies with Merlin’s ambitious growth plans.

You'll build financial models for key initiatives and deliver clear, data-driven reporting. With a focus on strong governance and risk management, you’ll also lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring finance remains aligned with broader business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in finance with deep FP&A and business partnering experience

• Strong track record in a multinational, matrixed organisation

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred

• Advanced in financial modelling and performance reporting tools
