As our Senior Finance Business Partner you'll:
  • Own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while balancing motivation, scalability, and financial discipline
  • Act as the single source of truth for commission data and tooling, ensuring accurate, timely payouts supported by robust controls, automation, and clean data
  • Provide actionable insight on sales performance and commission effectiveness, influencing decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and continuous plan optimisation
  • Commission Plan Design & Governance

What do I need to bring with me?
  • Proven years of experience in a sales commission, revenue operations or commercial finance role.
  • Experience with systems such as Spiff, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge Sales constructively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience partnering with global or multi-market sales teams.
