Job summary

Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team in the UK. You will drive growth by prospecting, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and closing deals with new and existing clients.

Expect dynamic targets, high energy, and generous uncapped earnings in a fast-growing sector. With a competitive base salary, car allowances, and extensive progression opportunities, you’ll develop relationships across top brands and deliver measurable ROI for clients

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors with new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
