Yell in the UK is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Telford region. You will prospect, consult and close deals for digital marketing solutions, building long‑term client partnerships and delivering measurable ROI.

You will join a high‑energy Field Sales team, rewarded with a strong base, uncapped earnings potential and benefits. A full UK driving licence is required for field visits and relationship management across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in field sales or high performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors with new clients.
• Tailor digital marketing solutions via face-to-face and virtual consultations to customer needs.
• Close deals by presenting, negotiating and securing agreements with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships post-sale for up to 12 months to secure ongoing revenue and satisfaction.
• Conduct data reviews to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI.
