Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management across a portfolio of Tier 1 offices in London and the Southeast. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and foster exceptional client satisfaction through strong governance and continuous improvement.

You will manage hard and soft FM services, lead teams, and build lasting relationships with client stakeholders while upholding health and safety standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and service delivery.
• Proven experience leading teams within FM or workplace services.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and building business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-focused communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hard and soft FM services across office locations in the Southeast.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive health and safety culture, risk management, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage building performance, suppliers and escalations for continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams; lead and coach teams.
