Mitie is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management across a portfolio of Tier 1 offices in London and the Southeast. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and foster exceptional client satisfaction through strong governance and continuous improvement.

You will manage hard and soft FM services, lead teams, and build lasting relationships with client stakeholders while upholding health and safety standards and budgets.

ROLE: Senior Facilities Manager HOURS: 40hrs per week | Mon - Fri LOCATION: London & Southeast England

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of Tier 1 office locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across office locations across the Southeast of England, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, budgets, KPIs, and service level agreements.
• Create and maintain a strong health and safety culture while managing building risks, incidents, inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage building performance, budgets, supplier relationships, and operational escalations, driving continuous improvement and best practice across the portfolio.
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, service line leads, and internal teams to ensure service resilience, customer satisfaction, and effective governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop both direct and matrix-managed teams, setting clear performance objectives and supporting ongoing professional development.
