Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of facilities management across one or more sites.

You will lead operations, ensure contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and client expectations are met while maintaining high standards of safety and service. You’ll manage teams, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and performance.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Strong general educational background.
• Evidence of continued professional development within the Facilities Management industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing facilities services within a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational delivery of facilities management services across single or multiple sites.
