The Role

The Senior Project Manager role will hold overall delivery responsibility for a broad variety of events. No two days will be the same, but broadly duties will include :

  • Client liaison - building and developing key relationships
  • Brief taking and pitch management
  • Generating proposal ideas and costings
  • Venue and 3rdparty supplier management
  • Timeline scheduling and overall project management
  • Delegate management and logistical organisation
  • Budget management up to £1million
  • On‑site event delivery internationally
  • Line management of a small junior team
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have event agency experience and a proven ability of managing events from brief through to onsite delivery, including client liaison and budget management. We are seeking experienced individuals with a proven event delivery background at this level and exposure to mentoring or management of a small team.
