Retail Insights seeks a hands-on operations professional to own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year from our London HQ. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience, coordinating cross-functionally under tight deadlines.

• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
