Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of our 10 European private equity conferences annually. You will oversee venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines.

You will work in-person at our London HQ and collaborate closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team. Training is provided; UK work permit is required; travel to conferences overseas is involved.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year.
• Manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and attendee experience.
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate logistics for all events.
• Lead on-site operations and ensure deadlines are met under pressure.
• Coordinate internal teams and volunteers to support events.
