Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for conferences and events.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, meals, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support and oversee event logistics.
• Lead a 40-person volunteer team, recruiting and training volunteers.
• Keep inventory and manage event-related materials and signage.
