Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience from start to finish.

Based in London, you will drive end-to-end event operations, work with a fast-paced entrepreneurial team, and coordinate with venues, suppliers and volunteers to deliver high-quality conferences across Europe.

Qualifications

• Training is provided and no specific prior work experience required.
• UK work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and select suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, venues, and activities; coordinate with venues.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
• Keep internal team queries and inventory tracked and nourished with updates.
• Quality check of promotional materials such as banners and signage.
