Senior ERP Onboarding & Integration Lead

Job summary

Referment leads a London-based fintech SaaS team delivering enterprise onboarding for complex ERP environments. You will own end-to-end onboarding projects, translating business needs into actionable technical tasks and coordinating across sales, product, engineering and customer success to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will be the go-to expert on ERP integrations, documenting progress and driving a fast, high-quality onboarding experience for senior stakeholders across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant or Business Analyst role
• Solid understanding of APIs, data mapping and integration patterns
• Comfortable in client-facing situations, including with senior stakeholders
• Able to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong organisational skills and a bias toward action
• Hands-on ERP experience, especially NetSuite or SAP, is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own multiple large-scale onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live
• Coordinate across sales, product, engineering and customer success teams
• Map technical requirements to platform capabilities
• Develop an onboarding progress tool tracking tasks and milestones
• Lead client-facing meetings across operational teams and executives
