Job summary

DualEntry is building the OS for finance and seeks Implementation Leads to own end-to-end ERP deployments and long-term customer relationships. You will drive onboarding, go-live execution, and partner with founders, product and engineering to shape the roadmap using real client feedback.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years in ERP implementations or accounting/advisory, with a strong preference for an accounting/audit background (CPA/Big 4 a plus).

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in ERP implementations or ERP consulting.
• Led at least 4–5 end-to-end ERP projects from scope to go-live.
• Strong accounting/audit background (CPA or Big 4 a plus).
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows and implementation best practices.
• Customer-obsessed and capable of solving complex problems in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution.
• Collaborate with founders, product and engineering to shape the roadmap based on feedback.
• Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Challenge the status quo of world-class ERP implementations.
