Job summary

Financial Times is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead – ERP Services to own the engineering, operation and ongoing evolution of our ERP technology capability. You will head the ERP engineering team, providing direction, accountability and robust technical governance for a critical enterprise platform stack.

You will collaborate with Product and Finance to translate priorities into engineering plans, develop internal capability and ensure platform health, security and long-term

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering teams responsible for complex, business-critical enterprise technology.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms or similarly complex enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience owning technology through its full lifecycle and strengthening technical ownership within teams.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering, operation and continuous evolution of the ERP technology capability.
• Lead the ERP engineering team with people leadership, technical direction and accountability for health and performance of platforms and services.
• Develop ERP engineering capability and ownership across the team to operate and evolve the ERP estate effectively.
• Translate business priorities into engineering plans with Product and Finance, balancing new capabilities with platform health and technical debt.
