Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding projects end-to-end, from signing to live deployment, for customers including global brands. You will run a portfolio of concurrent onboardings, guiding customers through the early phase and ensuring value delivery.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, DevOps, and engineering teams to tailor environments, manage milestones, and communicate clearly with admins and executives.

Qualifications

Two or more years of onboarding or implementation experience in a SaaS business.
Experience running projects with defined plans, timelines and dependencies.
Ability to manage stakeholders from admins to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding projects from close-win to go-live.
Conduct technical deep dives to understand customer environments.
Maintain momentum across multiple onboardings and flag risks early.
Communicate with admins and executives to keep stakeholders engaged.
Develop robust onboarding plans at engagement start.
Deliver product training and setup sessions for stakeholders.
Collaborate with CSMs, Engineers and DevOps Architects as needed.
