Job summary

Ambis Resourcing is seeking a Lead ERP Implementation Consultant to join a growing ERP software business. This role blends project management with hands-on ERP consultancy, delivering client-facing solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will lead projects from discovery through go-live, coordinate developers and consultants, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure outcomes align with client objectives. Fully remote UK-friendly role offering autonomy and impactful delivery.

Qualifications

• ERP implementation consultancy experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of business processes including SOP, invoicing, stock control and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery to go-live
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and produce project scopes
• Coordinate Product Managers and monitor project effort
• Manage project plans, risks, timelines, and budgets
• Challenge scope creep and manage customer expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout delivery
