ITRS in London seeks an organized, driven Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA Marketing organisation. You will bridge Marketing and Sales, creating qualified pipeline through outbound enterprise prospecting and inbound lead engagement across the Uptrends Digital Experience Monitoring and Observability platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or outbound prospecting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT / Observability or DEM/APM domains.

Responsibilities

• Produce qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Engage enterprise accounts across EMEA to build a pipeline for the Uptrends and Observability Platform initiatives.
• Respond to trial registrations and demo requests to maximize conversions.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and related tools.
