dbt Labs in London is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join the team. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in EMEA, focusing on outbound activities and high-quality lead qualification.

This full-time hybrid role is based in London, with responsibilities spanning outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and collaboration to drive account plans and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance.
• Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems.

Responsibilities

• Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
• Build account plans with your Account Executive.
• Organise, log activity, and categorise sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilise other prospecting tools.
• Be able to articulate and sell the company’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals.
• Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs as well as being comfortable balancing your time & competing priorities.
