dbt Labs in London is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative for a full-time hybrid role. You will work with Account Executives, Marketing and Partners to build strong opportunities in EMEA and drive high-quality conversations through outbound prospecting and qualification.

This role requires experience in outbound into large enterprises, excellent written and verbal communication, and a genuine curiosity to solve customer problems.

• Proven ability to qualify inbound/outbound leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings.
• Build account plans with your Account Executive.
• Organise, log activity, and categorise sales lead information into our CRM.
• Be able to articulate and sell the company’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals.
• Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs as well as being comfortable balancing your time & competing priorities.
