Job summary

Databricks in London is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic initiatives into major Defence contractors and accelerate adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform across multi-national programs.

You will build executive-level business cases, drive value-based selling, and coordinate with partners, services, and cloud teams to win large multinational deals while maintaining top-tier customer relationships.

Qualifications

Proven track record selling into Defence enterprises and managing virtual teams.
Experience selling in Big Data, Cloud or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated success exceeding quotas in enterprise software.
Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models with services/training teams.
Experience co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google) and GSIs.
Ability to develop business cases and gain executive support.
Experience with value-based selling.
Eligibility for SC clearance (advantage).

Responsibilities

Co-develop a business plan with teams and ecosystem partners to exceed usage and bookings goals.
Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify high-impact data/AI use cases and prove value on Databricks Platform.
Drive transformation goals via partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
Develop understanding of product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and champions.
