A local government authority in Stockport is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage street lighting maintenance and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with lighting improvement schemes, knowledge of street lighting maintenance, and working expertise in GIS systems. You will lead a small team, oversee maintenance contractors, and interact with the public. The role offers a starting salary of £34,443 to £45,091, and includes an agile working environment, pension contribution, and employee discounts.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Engineer with experience in street lighting maintenance who can also work with a GIS system. The post holder will lead the delivery of project work, planned maintenance schemes and oversee reactive maintenance activity with our contractors, at Stopford House.
