A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer with 6+ years of PQE for a temporary role. The candidate will provide strategic employment law advice to senior stakeholders, support litigation, and advise on M&A and outsourcing. They should have experience in a corporate environment and be comfortable advising on cross-border matters, including some aspects in Ireland. We’re seeking a senior Employment Lawyer (6+ PQE) to join a leading global professional services organisation on a temporary basis.
The role is primarily UK-focused , but applicants should also be prepared to be a relevant point of contact for some Ireland matters also, working with a Dublin based Employment Lawyer and external counsel as required.
You’ll deliver strategic, pragmatic employment law advice to senior stakeholders, support litigation and ER matters, and advise on employment aspects of outsourcing, M&A, post-merger integration and collective consultation. The role also involves contributing to cross-border and European projects , developing know-how, and delivering training and presentations.
You’ll have post-qualification experience in private practice and / or in-house , ideally within a large corporate environment, and be confident operating at senior stakeholder level.
