Job summary

Techtronic Industries EMEA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join our UK HR team. You will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and deliver trusted, commercially focused advice on people matters across the organisation.

The role involves managing complex ER casework, ensuring compliance with legislation, coaching managers, and supporting policy reviews.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years experience in an HR Advisory or Employee Relations role, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, ER best practice, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using HR systems; Workday or similar HRIS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ER subject matter expert for managers and stakeholders on people matters.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievances.
• Coach managers to strengthen capability and consistency in managing people matters.
• Design and deliver manager training and guidance to promote best practices.
• Review and maintain HR policies and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and identify policy changes.
• Prepare documentation such as investigation reports and settlement letters.
