Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join our HR team in Marlow. You will provide trusted, commercially-focused guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will manage ER casework end-to-end, coach managers, and help update policies.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven HR Advisory experience (4–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ER subject matter expert for managers and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end investigation and casework (discipline, grievance, performance).
• Coach managers to strengthen people management capabilities.
