Agena Group in the UK is seeking a People Services Advisor (Employee Relations) on a 12-month FTC, hybrid role based in Lancing. You will provide expert ER guidance, investigations, and HR support to managers and staff.

The role emphasizes UK employment law, policy development, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with a focus on compliant and fair handling of cases and fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People/HR team with ER casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Employee Relation issues, guiding investigations and HR processes.
• Provide proactive HR advice to managers and staff, ensuring fair, consistent handling of cases.
• Monitor ER trends and contribute to policy and process improvements.
• Support organisational change and TUPE transfers where required.
• Coach managers on ER topics and ensure policy compliance.
