You will deliver end-to-end ER services, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain accurate records on the case management system.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification and extensive ER experience.
• Strong grasp of employment law and ACAS codes.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end ER cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ER services in line with policies and employment law.
• Log all activities on the case management system for transparency.
