Job summary

H9 Technical in Runcorn is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team. The role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a salary up to £45,000.

You will provide expert guidance on complex ER matters, manage a high volume of casework, and support mediation and tribunal preparation across UK locations. The successful candidate will have strong UK employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume ER casework independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER matters.
• Manage disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and investigations.
• Support mediation and Employment Tribunal preparation.
• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Deliver training across UK locations as required.
• Contribute to policy reviews and HR initiatives.
