Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in email deliverability and marketing at scale.
• Strong expertise in SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols for email authentication.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale email campaigns (100k–1M+ sends).
• Experience in the gambling/iGaming industry is required.
• Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills for template management and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical mindset for working with deliverability data.
• Understanding of technical requirements for multi-channel marketing systems.
• Business-level English and Ukrainian with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure peak performance of the email ecosystem impacting customer engagement.
• Conduct technical audits and maintain essential email protocols.
• Develop strategies for IP/domain reputation management.
• Guarantee compliance with global email regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
