A consulting engineering firm in Hatching Green is seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer. You will play an integral role in developing innovative electronic products, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in electronics design, including PCB layout and knowledge of analogue/digital design. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours, ideal for those looking to grow in a dynamic environment.
You likely have not heard of us, we know. As a behind-the-scenes consultancy, we don’t often get to shout about the interesting things we work on. However, if you like working on a variety of interesting projects and can’t decide between working with IoT, medical devices, or even robotics, then maybe a consultancy is the right fit for your curiosity in engineering. Our team is made up of senior software and electronics engineers who all play an important role in all aspects of the product design cycle.
We are a growing company and are looking for dynamic engineers who want to advance their careers and their knowledge in electronics design. If you would like to be part of a hands‑on team, then we could use a good engineer to help us deliver quality, interesting products.
Problem solvers. Are you someone who loves engineering and solving problems? Do you have good communication skills? If you like discussing engineering concepts and can ask questions effectively, both in writing and verbally, with clients, we want to hear from you. Learning is important to us, and we always aim to help our team learn. We value engineers who say that they don’t know something when they don’t know it – they can learn. We value engineers who ask questions when they are stuck – this happens. We need engineers who like working as part of a team with other senior engineers. We value independence. If you know how to do something, go for it and get on with it independently.
As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will use your experience to play an integral part in the business. You will work in a small multidisciplinary team to develop exciting new electronic products for a wide range of applications, including medical devices, wearables, and the Internet of Things.
This position involves occasional client meetings and writing technical reports, so a good professional level of written and spoken communication is required.
