Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating a team of electrical test engineers
• Planning and managing testing programmes across multiple sites
• Carrying out and overseeing electrical testing and inspection works
• Ensuring all certification, reporting, and documentation is accurate and compliant
• Acting as the technical and commercial point of contact for testing works
• Supporting the development and expansion of the electrical testing division
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Testing Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical testing and inspection
• Commercially aware, with the ability to plan work efficiently and profitably
• Experience organising, mentoring, or leading teams of test engineers
• Confident dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to play a key role in business growth
