Overview

Our client, a renowned mechanical and electrical services provider, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team in the Data Centre sector. Key Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and familiarise yourself with all project details and specifications
• Collate and manage technical submittals, ensuring timely approval
• Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Track and manage labour resources
• Maintain and report on project progress weekly, addressing any changes or variations
• Coordinate with main contractors and client-based site teams
• Oversee the delivery of project plant and equipment
• Ensure the availability of materials necessary for project completion
• Implement construction and commissioning programmes and plans on site
• Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and recommend improvements
• Manage project handovers and maintain the document management system
• Schedule project-specific activities and ensure timely delivery by subcontractors
• Attend general site meetings and address action points
• Communicate innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in an electrical project management role or a similar position
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred
• Experience in supervising teams
