Mott MacDonald in the Energy unit is recruiting Electrical Engineers (Senior/Principal) to support projects from inception through commissioning, across 11kV/33kV networks and renewables connections. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to lead design teams on diverse infrastructure projects.

Candidates should be Chartered, with proven electrical project engineering experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Chartered status and proven experience in electrical project engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to coordinate across disciplines.
• Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas.
• Proficiency with MS packages

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and project leadership in electrical designs for major projects.
• Lead bids, proposals, and deliverables to meet client expectations, time, and budget.
• Develop junior staff and graduates.
