Pentland Brands is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive multi-brand digital growth across markets. You’ll own ecommerce trading, margins and profit targets, partner with Brand, Digital Marketing and Technology teams to deliver seamless customer journeys and profitable growth.

Lead Shopify replatform work, maximise platform capabilities, optimise promotions and content operations, and build a high‑performing ecommerce team with clear governance and delivery accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior ecommerce roles across brands or international retail.
• Strong Shopify experience incl. Plus/Markets.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial judgement.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics.

Responsabilités

• Set ecommerce vision, trading priorities and business plans across brands and markets.
• Own ecommerce delivery against sales, margin and operating profit targets using data and testing.
• Embed scalable ways of working post-Shopify replatform, optimise trading and store operations.
• Maximise Shopify features and apps to simplify workflows and improve trading agility.
• Partner with Digital Product, Technology and ops teams to shape platform improvements and governance.
• Build relationships across brands, regions and central teams to deliver digital flagship experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimise acquisition, onsite experience and retention.
• Manage agency partnerships, budgets and performance to meet objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team with clear responsibilities.
