  • Conduct regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile versus desktop inconsistencies
  • Lead new site builds from brief to launch, acting as the internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on brief
  • Support retail-connected platforms including major retailers, maintaining direct-to-consumer level performance and quality standards
  • Lead conversion rate optimisation through structured A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
  • Implement and test e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions with clean integrations
  • Own performance reporting across conversion rate, average order value, revenue by site and region, and funnel-level performance
  • Translate insights into clear actions and share regular updates with leadership and marketing teams
Requirements
