Job summary

Blu Digital is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify store and the online customer journey. You’ll drive online sales, improve conversion and deliver a strong shopping experience across product content, merchandising and inventory management.

You’ll partner with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and new product launches, and coordinate with external SEO and PPC partners to identify opportunities and boost performance through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an ecommerce website (Shopify)
• Strong understanding of conversion, analytics, and customer journey
• Experience with SEO/PPC campaigns is desirable

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Shopify site and online customer journey.
• Drive online sales and improve conversion across the site.
• Merchandise, content and inventory management for the ecommerce store.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and launches; manage external SEO/PPC partners.
