Job summary

ADM is seeking an experienced DTC/Ecommerce professional to drive the growth of our online health and wellness brands in the UK market. You will own Shopify storefronts, optimize product content, pricing, and promotions across multiple brand websites, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain to ensure smooth online operations.

You will lead test-and-learn initiatives, manage CRM campaigns with Klaviyo, run analytics in GA4 to improve conversion and retention, and partner with SEO, media,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in eCommerce / DTC roles with digital brands.
• Proven ability to grow direct-to-consumer sites and online revenue.
• Hands-on Shopify experience essential; Klaviyo preferred.
• Experience running performance campaigns and managing budgets.
• Strong data literacy and conversion optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of DTC platforms (Shopify) across brands.
• Execute promotional calendars and align with brand priorities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance on stock and fulfilment.
• Manage merchandising, product launches and site content updates.
• Partner with SEO, Media and Brand teams to grow qualified traffic.
• Implement structured A/B/multivariate testing roadmap.
• Use behavioural analytics to identify friction and prioritise optimisations.
• Drive growth of subscription programmes and CRM activity.
• Develop email lifecycles to maximise repeat purchases and CLV.
• Work cross-functionally to support wider brand objectives.
