Work with Brand, Digital Marketing, Technology and Digital Product teams to deliver seamless customer journeys, optimise conversion and unlock growth opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong stakeholder collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior ecommerce role within a multi-brand or international retail organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-centric ecommerce growth with P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement.
• Hands-on Shopify experience (Plus/Markets), ecommerce trading, promotions, merchandising and multi-market storefronts.
• Experience establishing or improving ecommerce operating processes after a platform migration.
• Ability to translate commercial needs into clear requirements with Digital Product teams.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4 or similar analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Set the ecommerce commercial vision, trading priorities and business plans across brands and markets.
• Own ecommerce sales, margin and operating profit targets using data and test-and-learn approaches.
• Embed scalable workflows after Shopify replatforming, optimize trading, content and store ops.
• Maximise Shopify native capabilities and app ecosystem to improve trading agility.
• Collaborate with Digital Product, Technology and ops to shape platform improvements.
• Build strong relationships across brands, regions and central teams for digital flagship experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimise acquisition, onsite experience and retention.
• Manage agency partnerships, budgets and performance against commercial objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team with clear responsibilities.
