Job summary

CVUK is seeking a seasoned Head of Digital to lead ecommerce growth, performance marketing and customer acquisition. You’ll manage a significant paid media budget across major channels, shape the acquisition strategy and optimise the customer journey with CRO and analytics.

In this senior role you’ll work with agencies and internal teams to maximise ecommerce performance on Shopify Plus and drive incremental revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance marketing and managing large paid media budgets.
• Strong ecommerce leadership with CRO, analytics and customer acquisition focus.
• Data-driven decision making to optimise CAC, LTV and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital growth, ecommerce and customer acquisition strategy.
• Lead and challenge agencies to drive profitable growth across paid channels.
• Oversee ecommerce performance and CRO and experimentation programme.
• Analyse CAC, LTV, attribution and channel profitability to guide investment.
• Collaborate with product, merchandising and marketing to maximise digital trading.
