REFY is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager in Manchester to own the day-to-day performance and ongoing development of REFY’s global DTC ecommerce. You will lead regional Shopify stores, translate data into actions and drive a prioritized roadmap across trading, CRO, UX, SEO and tech.

You will work hands‑on within Shopify, review performance with senior leaders, build business cases for investment, and coach the Ecommerce Manager and future Executives across a fast‑paced beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Min 7+ years ecommerce experience with DTC trading ownership.
• Strong hands-on Shopify (Plus preferred) experience.
• Analytical use of GA4 and reporting to drive actions.
• Ability to quantify opportunities and prioritise by impact.
• Experience managing development agencies and budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO plans and onsite experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce trading performance across regional DTC stores.
• Lead weekly digital trading and present actionable insights.
• Hands-on work with Shopify, GA4 and internal reporting.
• Deliver a 12-month roadmap for CRO, UX and technical improvements.
• Build business cases for ecommerce investment to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
