Job summary

Thrivin is seeking a highly commercial and creative Senior Ecommerce Manager to own our ecommerce experience and drive the next stage of online growth. This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, performance, brand and customer experience.

You’ll own the Shopify store, optimise conversion, merchandising and checkout, and continually evolve the site to maintain a premium brand experience. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you’ll collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Brand,

Qualifications

• Extensive ecommerce experience in a fast-paced DTC brand.
• Advanced experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy and day-to-day performance of the Thrivin website.
• Drive CRO across the customer journey and optimise AOV, engagement and revenue.
• Own the Shopify store and ensure it is optimised and commercially effective.
• Develop and test creative onsite experiences, including landing pages, navigation, product discovery, bundles and checkout.
• Lead a testing roadmap using insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Brand to align paid traffic with high-converting experiences.
• Translate Thrivin’s brand DNA into a compelling digital experience.
