Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager in Manchester to lead trading, merchandising and multi-channel marketing strategies across client accounts. You will own stock health, product mix and margin, and align commerce, marketing and operations to drive sustainable growth.

You will guide strategies for buying cycles, product launches and inventory plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimise stock levels, pricing and promotional activity for maximum commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Significant senior ecommerce experience spanning commercial trading, merchandising and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing inventory-led trading and stock performance.
• Strong understanding of stock cover, sell-through, inventory depth and margin performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall ecommerce trading strategy for accounts, with responsibility for revenue, conversion, AOV, COS, ROAS, margin, sell-through and stock health.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between ecommerce, merchandising, buying and operations to ensure a unified approach.
• Develop merchandising and product strategies aligned to launches, inventory positions and seasonal priorities.
• Own the marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and Influencers and optimise budget allocation.
