Job summary

Frive is seeking an Ecommerce Trading & Optimisation Manager to own the day-to-day performance of the Frive website from Canary Wharf. You will manage ranging, merchandising, personalisation, and conversion optimisation with AI-assisted tooling.

You will lead the CRO programme end-to-end, produce analyses, and collaborate with the eCom Exec, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in ecommerce with trading/digital merchandising or optimisation.
• Experience using AI tools to ship pages, variants, content or analysis.
• Prompter: able to generate landing pages or tests with Claude and iterate.
• Good judgement: verify nutrition, allergen and price claims before going live.
• Experience running A/B tests and delivering outcomes at moderate traffic levels.

Responsibilities

• AI-assisted build & experimentation: using AI tools to create landing pages and test variants.
• Trading, merchandising & personalisation: manage on-site range, merchandising, and recommendations.
• CRO programme ownership: plan, test, and roll out winning variants from tests.
• Product content & PDP quality: ensure imagery, copy and nutrition info are accurate.
• Reporting & insight: weekly trading and conversion reporting by category and page.
• Collaboration: work with eCom Exec, marketing, and product teams.
