Job summary

Talent Search Ltd invites applications for a Senior Digital & Ecommerce Executive to lead DTC initiatives across multiple client stores and in-house brands in Hampshire. You’ll own day-to-day store trading, eCRM, and digital campaigns, delivering measurable growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience, and fluency with GA4, Meta, and SEMrush. A proactive, collaborative mindset and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Agency or multi-brand experience preferred.
• Hands-on Shopify, Klaviyo and eCommerce tools.
• Proficient with GA4, Meta, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Store optimization and trading across Shopify stores.
• Drive eCRM engagement using Klaviyo campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide performance updates.
• Track metrics with GA4 and translate insights into actions.
