REFY is seeking a highly commercial Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance of REFY’s global direct-to-consumer ecommerce business, reporting to the Head of Digital.

You’ll lead trading across regional Shopify stores, turning data into clear actions, owning a 12‑month roadmap for CRO, UX, onsite merchandising, customer journey, SEO and technical development, and build strong relationships with development partners, finance and senior leadership, while staying hands-on when

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years dedicated ecommerce experience within a fast-paced consumer brand with ownership of DTC trading performance.
• Deep hands-on Shopify experience, ideally Shopify Plus.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience using Shopify, GA4 and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to build and deliver an ecommerce growth roadmap across CRO, UX, merchandising, onsite experience and technical development.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce trading performance across REFY’s regional DTC stores and track revenue against targets.
• Lead weekly digital trading and translate data into a commercial story with clear actions.
• Hands-on with ecommerce data using Shopify, GA4 and reporting tools.
• Own and deliver a prioritized 12-month ecommerce roadmap covering CRO, UX, SEO and technical improvements.
• Build business cases for ecommerce investment and present to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the Ecommerce Manager and future Executives.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, CRM and Customer Service to align priorities.
