Job summary

Major Players is seeking an E-Commerce Manager in London to own the Shopify ecosystem across US and UK storefronts and drive conversion. This hands-on role focuses on speed, UX, checkout flow, and end-to-end execution in collaboration with performance, retention and creative teams.

You will manage external developers, lead CRO experiments, and report on funnel performance to inform marketing and leadership. A strong detail orientation and ambitious growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DTC e-commerce, with hands-on Shopify experience.
• Proven CRO and structured experimentation experience.
• Experience managing sites across multiple regions or storefronts.
• Extremely high attention to detail, you catch things others miss.
• Strong grasp of analytics, attribution and what drives conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site performance across Shopify storefronts (US & UK), ensuring best-in-class UX, site speed and conversion.
• Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign and traffic source, tailoring site experience and landing pages.
• Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps and device inconsistencies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of site builds and rebuilds, leading designers and developers to ship on time and on brief.
• Lead CRO across all sites through structured testing of landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows and funnels.
• Build and maintain performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region.
