Access have partnered with an environmental consutlancy who are looking to add a Senior Ecologist with a BNG specialism to lead their new Ecology team. Our client is a respected multi disciplinary with a heavily environmental focus who are expanding into Biodiversity Net Gain ecology projects and looking for a Senior Ecologist to lead and grow the team with hires expected in the coming months/years.

Our client expects the successful applicant to plan and resource surveys, lead the Ecologist team and make strategic decisions to move the company in the right direction. They are looking for someone with a focus on Natural Capital and Biodiversity to work on a remote basis, with site travel required.

The perfect applicant will have

• 4 years experience
• Specialism in BNG
• Experience in client/stakeholder interaction
• Ability to manage teams and projects
