Qualifications

• Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 support role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time according to SLA's.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support queries via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve support calls promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams and 3rd party providers.
• Manage SLAs and ensure no breaches occur.

Skills

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Customer Engagement experience

Excellent Communication and Customer facing skills

Understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 stack

Accountancy background (AAT beneficial)

Experience with training
